Landall Services Limited recognises that it has a responsibility to the environment beyond legal and regulatory requirements. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and continually improving our environmental performance as an integral part of our business strategy and operating methods.

Paper
We take paper waste and usage seriously, since it is one of the most consumed wastes resulting materials both internally and supplied externally to customers. We not only work towards reducing waste within our own business but also that of our customers. In combination with this focus, we have launched two separate programmes that we believe will help us achieve sustainability for this material.
Energy & water
We will seek to reduce our energy usage by implementing technologies that help us reduce fuel usage on our fleet, heating, cooling and other energy products. We will strive to maintain this sustainability effort in proportionately to the growth of the business.
Office & supplies
We will work towards creating and managing programs that help towards limiting waste of office supplies both internally for ourselves and externally for our customers.
Transportation
We are currently working on converting our vehicle fleet into 100% electrical. We are currently at 50% electrical, with the majority of our engineer’s using hybrid or electrical vehicles. We also plan to achieve 100% electrical vehicles by the year 2025.
Culture
We believe that technology can and should be used as a force for good, it’s why Landall Services Limited continues to innovate its technology, services, and solutions. Enhancing our environmental sustainability is crucial to our business culture. We believe it is of utmost importance that we do our part to create more sustainable business practices. Because of this top-down belief, we have formulated several environmental programs that we have implemented internally and in partnership with many of our customers to achieve this corporate culture of sustainability practices.
Education & training
We will continue to raise awareness within our organisation, helping new and existing employees stay educated on environmental policies and programs. We carry out annual training seminars for our staff, where we discuss changing environmental concerns and issues that employees may have encountered regarding our environmental programs. We will update this policy at least once annually in consultation with staff and other stakeholders where necessary.
Recycling & packaging
We currently encourage our staff to recycle by providing easily accessible recycling bins in communal areas. Our distribution site recycles much of the packaging for the products we supply, such as the cardboard boxes, polystyrene, and recyclable plastic containers. We are always working on finding better ways to reuse packaging, where possible, and work closely with each department to better understand how we can improve our application of programs.
Monitoring progress and reviewing performance
We plan to analyse our annual efforts against pervious yearly benchmarks and strive to outperform that of legal requirements. We plan to release an annual environmental report, which will detail our annual efforts against previous years and plans on how to improve moving forward.
