Overview:

Our client has 57 offices worldwide. They are the leading provider of control and automation systems for homes, offices, schools, hospitals, hotels and more. Using their smart home technology and home automation systems you can control your music, adjust lights, check your alarm system or change temperature settings all at the press of a button.

Objective:

Our client was at the beginning stages of reviewing their options to upgrade their office technology with a global vendor in order to standardise their technology and integrate this with their new back end business system. Their existing equipment was old, unreliable and very expensive to maintain. With no ability to control or manage these costs and felt at risk by not offering users a secure printing platform. In addition to this they had wide format technology that was discontinued and without support thus causing major headaches for the IT team.

Approach:

Landall were approached by our client to review the current scenario, provide options to streamline contracts, costs and technologies whilst offering areas of innovation and best practice. Landall’s approach guaranteed trust and the highest level of integrity. Our setup allows us to act as an extension to our customers not as a “supplier”.

Result:

We have now implemented a full fleet replacement made up from Kyocera, Canon and PaperCut technology. In addition Landall offered full cancellation on their existing contracts without penalty. Helping the client drastically reduce helpdesk calls for printing related issues. All devices are proactively managed and report directly to Landall’s bespoke service management portal offering an industry leading focused customer service. Machines automatically order toners, report faults and errors. This solution was all provided within the existing costs of their old suppliers solution.
