Paper Handling and Input Trays
Standard Paper Trays: The Xerox Versant 4100 Press includes three standard paper trays, each with a capacity of 550 sheets. These trays support a variety of media types ranging from 52 gsm to 256 gsm, suitable for both coated and uncoated papers.
Optional High Capacity Feeder: This feeder adds a tray with a capacity of 2,000 sheets, supporting media sizes up to 13″ x 19.2″ (330 x 488 mm) and weights up to 400 gsm.
Advanced Oversized High Capacity Feeder (OHCF): This option provides two trays with a total capacity of 4,000 sheets, supporting a wide range of media weights (52-400 gsm) and sizes up to 13″ x 19.2″.
Dual Advanced Oversized High Capacity Feeder: Expands capacity to four trays, holding 8,000 sheets, and supporting media up to 400 gsm and sizes up to 13″ x 19.2″.
High Capacity XLS Vacuum Feeder: Features two trays with a combined capacity of 2,800 sheets, supporting extra-long sheets (XLS) up to 47.2″ (1.2 m) in length and media weights up to 400 gsm.
Dual High Capacity XLS Vacuum Feeder: With four trays, this feeder increases capacity to 7,000 sheets, accommodating XLS media up to 47.2″ in length and media weights up to 400 gsm.
Finishing Options
High Capacity Stacker: Holds up to 5,000 sheets with an additional 500-sheet tray, supporting media from 55 gsm to 400 gsm. Includes a moveable cart for off-line finishing.

Xerox® Production Ready Finisher Booklet Maker:
This finisher adds booklet-making capabilities to your Xerox® Production Ready Finisher, allowing for the creation of stapled booklets with up to 30 uncoated sheets or 25 coated sheets. It supports standard sizes from 12″ x 18″ (SRA3) to 8.5″ x 11″ (A4), handles a range of paper weights from 60-350 gsm uncoated or 106-350 gsm coated, and features a high-capacity output of up to 2,000 booklets or 3,000 regular sheets.
Xerox® Production Ready Finisher Plus
This finisher offers all the capabilities of the standard Production Ready Finisher but with a reduced stack tray capacity of 2,000 sheets. It also features an added Finishing Transport Module, enabling seamless connection to various Finishing Partner Solutions for enhanced finishing options.
High Capacity Stacker
This unit features a 5,000-sheet offsetting output stack tray with an additional 500-sheet purge tray, accommodating paper weights from 55 gsm to 400 gsm and supporting sizes from 8.0” x 7.2” to 13” x 19.2”. It includes a moveable cart for easy off-line finishing, with the option for a single or dual configuration and additional carts available.
Xerox® C/Z Folder
This optional folder module efficiently produces C-Fold and Z-Fold documents on standard letter or A4 paper. It also creates Engineering Z-Folds on larger stock, such as 11” x 17” or A3/B4, reducing the sheet size for easy handling. Ideal for uncoated paper ranging from 60 to 90 gsm, the C/Z Folder seamlessly integrates with any Production Ready Finisher.
Xerox® SquareFold® Trimmer
This module produces professional square-fold booklets by flattening the booklet spine, giving it the look of a perfect-bound book. It attaches directly to the Production Ready Booklet Maker Finisher and provides inline square folding and face trimming, accommodating booklets up to 30 sheets and offering precise trimming from 2-20 mm. Ideal for creating polished, full-bleed booklets when used with the Crease and Two-Sided Trimmer.
Xerox® Crease and Two-sided Trimmer
This module trims 6-25 mm from the head and foot of prints or booklets, creating even edges and a creased spine for a polished finish. When paired with the Square-Fold Trimmer Module, it enables full-bleed booklet production by trimming all sides except the binding. It handles a range of sheet sizes and weights, with the ability to add up to five custom creases across each sheet.
2-Knife Trimmer
Attaching in line with the Square-Fold Trimmer, the 2-Knife Trimmer precisely trims the top and bottom edges of booklets, providing a clean, professional finish. This solution minimises operator intervention and maintains booklet integrity while offering adjustable trim dimensions and accommodating booklets up to 25 sheets thick.
GBC® AdvancedPunch Pro™
The GBC® AdvancedPunch Pro™ enhances production efficiency by combining printing, punching, and collating into one streamlined process, perfect for near-line coil and comb binding applications. It supports a range of sheet sizes and weights up to 110lb Cover (300 gsm) and offers full bleed processing, making it ideal for calendars and photo books. With optional interchangeable die sets and automatic die detection, it ensures versatility and precision in creating various binding styles.
