LCIT RT5140: The LCIT RT5140 adds 2,200 sheets of paper, accommodating sizes up to 13″ × 19.2″ and weights up to 110 lb. Cover/300 g/m².
Vacuum Feed LCIT RT5120: The Vacuum Feed LCIT RT5120 accommodates up to 4,400 sheets, handling paper sizes up to 13″ × 19.2″ and weights up to 130 lb. Cover (360 gsm). Requires 120V, 50/60Hz, 15A power.
Bridge Unit BU5030: The Bridge Unit BU5030 connects the Vacuum Feed LCIT RT5120 to the main unit, enabling seamless integration for improved paper handling and performance. It requires the selection of the Vacuum Feed LCIT RT5120 to function.
Vacuum Feed Banner Sheet Tray Type S9: The Vacuum Feed Banner Sheet Tray Type S9 is designed for use with the LCIT RT5120, enabling oversized media handling up to 13″ × 27.5″ and supporting weights up to 360 gsm, with a 730-sheet capacity.
Multi Bypass Tray BY5020: The Multi Bypass Tray BY5020 adds up to 500-sheet capacity, supporting paper sizes up to 13″ × 19.2″ and weights up to 80 lb. Cover (216 gsm). It requires the Vacuum Feed LCIT RT5120 for integration.
Multi Bypass Banner Sheet Tray Type S9: The Multi Bypass Banner Sheet Tray Type S9 extends the Multi Bypass Tray BY5020 to accommodate oversized prints up to 27.5″. It cannot be used in conjunction with the Vacuum Feed Banner Sheet Tray Type S9.
High Capacity Stacker SK5040: The High Capacity Stacker SK5040 stacks up to 5,000 sheets of paper, with only one stacker per engine. It requires a Decurl Unit DU5060 and Buffer Pass Unit when selected, enhancing efficiency in high-volume environments.
Cover Interposer Tray CI5050: The Cover Interposer Tray CI5050 is compatible with Finisher SR5090 or Booklet Finisher SR5100, enabling easy insertion of pre-printed covers and inserts into the finishing workflow, reducing manual insertion and wear and tear on originals.
Cover Interposer Tray CI5040: The Cover Interposer Tray CI5040, compatible with the Finisher SR5110 or Booklet Finisher SR5120, enables seamless feeding of pre-printed covers and inserts from two sources, streamlining workflows and reducing manual insertion time and wear and tear on originals.
Decurl Unit DU5080: The Decurl Unit DU5080 is recommended for media prone to curling or in high humidity environments, and is essential when a Stacker is included. It is also ideal for printing Carbonless Paper.
Finishing and Binding Options
Buffer Pass Unit Type S9: The Buffer Pass Unit Type S9 is ideal for printing on coated stocks or high-coverage toner prints, preventing paper bricking. It requires a 120V, 50/60Hz, 15A power supply and cannot be installed with Copy Tray Type M42.
Multi-Folding Unit FD5020: The Multi-Folding Unit FD5020 offers automatic inline folding, with six fold patterns including Half-Fold, Tri-Fold, Gate-Fold, and Z-Fold. It’s ideal for producing professional finished documents like newsletters, brochures, and marketing materials.
GBC StreamPunch Ultra: The GBC StreamPunch Ultra is an inline punch system offering versatile die sets, “Double Punch” capabilities, and support for variable sheet sizes and tab processing. Sheets are punched on the fly, maintaining productivity with neatly stacked results.
GBC StreamWire: The GBC StreamWire is a fully automated inline binding system for creating twin loop wire-bound booklets. It supports StreamWire Spools in black, white, and silver, available in five sizes. Requires a GBC StreamPunch Ultra and Die StreamWire option.
Finisher SR5090: The Finisher SR5090 provides multi-position stapling for up to 65 sheets on 8.5″ × 11″ or 11″ × 17″ media, with a 3,000-sheet stacking capacity. It offers four staple options and supports optional two- or three-hole punching.
Finisher SR5110: The Finisher SR5110 provides multi-position stapling for up to 100 sheets (8.5″ × 11″) or 50 sheets (11″ × 17″) and stacks up to 4,500 sheets with four staple options. Optional two and three-hole punching is available.
Booklet Finisher SR5100: The Booklet Finisher SR5100 supports multi-position stapling of up to 65 sheets for 8.5″ × 11″ or 11″ × 17″ media. It creates saddle-stitched booklets up to 20 sheets and offers stacking, with optional two- and three-hole punch.
Booklet Finisher SR5120: The Booklet Finisher SR5120 enables multi-position stapling for up to 100 sheets (8.5″ × 11″) or 50 sheets (11″ × 17″). It also creates saddle-stitched booklets up to 30 sheets, with support for media weights up to 130 lb. Cover.
Trimmer Unit TR5050: The Trimmer Unit TR5050 trims the “creep” side of saddle-stitched booklets, handling up to 30 sheets (120 pages). It enhances booklet appearance when paired with the Booklet Finisher SR5120 for professional results.
Plockmatic Square Back Trimmer: The Plockmatic Square Back Trimmer enhances booklet finishing with square folding and face trimming, enabling professional-quality documents. It supports bleed trimming booklets in an operator-assisted process for precise results and efficient workflow.
Plockmatic PBM350e: The Plockmatic PBM350e efficiently staples and folds up to 35 sheets, creating booklets of up to 140 pages with a simple fold. It requires Finisher SR5110 or Bridge Unit BU5020 for installation.
Plockmatic PBM RCTe (Rotate Crease Trim Module): The Plockmatic PBM Rotate Crease Trim Module provides professional, full-bleed trimmed and creased booklets on the PBM350e. It requires the Plockmatic PBM Trim Module for full bleed trimming and does not support offline work.
